Can I exchange or return my product?
Due to the global health crisis related to COVID19, all sales are final and no returns or refunds will be made.
Do you have washing tips?
We advise you to wash the products at cold or low temperature; not to iron them; not to bleach them and not to tumble dry them.
It's a gift. Do you do gift wrapping?
We do not do gift wrapping but our bandanas come in a PRIMITIF MONTREAL customized box, made from recycled paper. We can write a message from you (by hand) inside the box if you wish.

Manufacturing has also been focused on responsible practices to minimize the negative impact on nature. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only deliver to Canada. However, you can contact us and we will try to find a delivery solution if you are not living in Canada.
How long does the delivery take ?
It depends on the delivery address. We ship with Canada Post. Please refer to our Delivery page .

Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your purchase before we have sent the bandana. Usually, we send the bandanas at the end of the day around 5 p.m. (Montreal time zone). Send us an email with your name, surname, address and order reference to firstname.lastname@example.org .
